Apparently, according to my boss, Brotherhood of the Wolf was filmed both in English and in French. Regardless of whether or not that's true (he has a tendency to embellish), that doesn't make a movie good. Especially an inherently French movie. I don't care if it doesn't fit the stereotype of French movies (they're all child porn, anyway, fucking Frenchies). I haven't seen it, and I'd planned to wait until it comes out on DVD. Since I've heard like twenty negative comments already, maybe I'll refrain entirely. Battlefield Earth, anyone?
Now, if the movie had been made from the book of the same name by David Farland, we'd have another awesome fantasy movie on our hands.
On another note, I'd like to state that professors who assign long papers on obscure topis that are due in a week on the first meeting of class need to die. What the fuck are they thinking? Assholes.
