"Even in high school we were an ecclectic mix. Stoners, Geeks, Brains, Jocks and Outcasts... we were a large group of disparate types. For some reason it worked."

You sound like you're writing movie poster copy for the Breakfast Club 2k4 or some bullshit. It worked for me because you guys liked video games and RPGs.

It's not a fucking magic trick. I don't feel like much of anything about me has changed that would effect the way that we deal with each other, and I don't see much about you guys that changes anything either.

We have been dicks to each other because we're all idiots, not new - it's just easier to either be more of a dick or not get over things, now, because we don't have to see each other every day.

Girls at 'indie' hip hop shows have fat asses, and I mean that in the best way. I think some beer is served too warm. I am going back to CT for a week on Monday. I'm happy to get out of California; I haven't left Los Angeles county in months. Still, this is the vacation I've been taking for 6 years: going back home. I haven't gone on vacation to a true vacation spot since sophomore year of high school. I don't know what I'd end up doing if I actually went somewhere real on vacation. It seems like vacationing well is a skill, learning how to go somewhere else, and then begin relaxing and doing something unusual quickly and consistently for a short period. I don't have that skill.

I'll have to try sometime.
