You see, Caniprokis, why I'm such a tense person all the time? You've only been there for about a year. I've been doing this for three years! THREE FUCKING YEARS! I turn the Lotto machine off at 5pm and say it's broken, just so I don't have to deal with Lottery assholes who come in and read off eighty sets of numbers to me and then complain when they lose! I may not have to deal with the Mobil (no "e" - it's pronounced MOE - BILL, not MOE - BEEL or MOE - BILE) cards not working, but I do have do deal with the uppity snobs who are Mobil patrons.

So that's why I'm getting a job somewhere else, hopefully FuncoLand, where I don't have to deal with those kind of people. I'm sure every job has some kind of person you don't want to deal with, but at least I won't be contributing to killing them by selling them cigarettes or chewing tobacco or contributing to them being poor by selling them $100.00 in Lottery a night. Because I might actually end up killing someone. Last night, I couldn't keep it in anymore; I had a headache and this old old old oldoldold asshole pulls in to get gas. He fucking lifted the thing up and down over and over again while pressing the help button. I told him three times to come in and pay and each time he got in his car and beeped ten times, then repeated his process. When he finally came in he began yelling at me saying he's never had someone give him this much trouble and that I must be new... and that was it. I reached across the counter and grabbed his shirt and pulled him close to me - I NEVER DO STUFF LIKE THIS! - and yelled, "Listen, I've been doing this for three years and for all three years it's been like this. You're the one giving me the trouble by not obeying all fifty signs outside and ignoring me. I have a fucking headache and this thing was beeping incessantly because of YOU, because you think you're soooo special that you don't have to pay first! THAT'S HARASSMENT YOU OLD ASSHOLE! Now leave my station before I come around and beat the shit out of you!" I couldn't believe I'd said something like that, especially to an older man, but that's how close I came to snapping completely! Thankfully he was scared and left!

Caniprokis, my advice is to you is to quit as soon as possible and find somewhere else to work. It'll be the best thing you ever did.
